Which one?!!

To find the answer, lets ask more questions!

1. What do I want?
Ask yourself what you want from your new camera. Since it will most likely be your first, you're probably thinking either:

a) I'll just get something basic, or
b) I want it to last so that as I get better at photography I can use it's more advanced features.

2. How much do I want to spend?
This question relates to the first one and what you want your camera to do. However some camera's are better value than others, and with the information in this guide you will see why.

3. What will it be used for?
This really helps determine which to buy since you can better match what you want the camera to take photos of.

This guide covers what to look for in a camera and how it relates to your needs. But there are some obvious answers for specific uses, such as, I want to use it at the beach and underwater - then that narrows your choice down waterproof cameras.

No doubt there will be more questions than this, so I will cover more information in the rest of the guide...
