"Pay it Forward" is what we like to call our referral program.
Normally when it comes to getting paid a commission for referring a product that isn't yours, you're left more or less alone to go out and find customers.
Some companies will pay a smaller additional commission if your referred customer then refers another one, which is called "2nd Tier."
Even though that rewards you for someone elses work as well as yours - like in Multi Level Marketing models, and even though you are "helped" with sales tools etc. - in the end everyone is only looking out for themselves.
When you make a referral, it only benefits you and / or your "upline" (the members before you in 2nd Tier or MLM models). But when your upline makes a referral - it doesn't benefit you at all.
That's what Pay it Forward is all about.
Normally, if you join an MLM program, you are left to go out and find customers and your sponsor / upline doesn't give you the referrals they make. But with Pay it Forward it's the opposite!
We limit the number of referrals you can keep to yourself to just 3, in other words if your upline or sponsor makes more than that - they are automatically passed on - paid forward - to those in their referral group (also called "downline") with less than 3 referrals of their own.
That means more people can get paid too and this is a BIG HELP. Because everyone has a chance of earning an income even if they are not as good at sales as others.
So to sum it up we pay you in 3 ways:
- As a normal referral program we pay you a commission when you recommend our course.
- But even better than that, you are paid again if your customer refers others, and their customers refer others... for 15 generations.
- And even better than that - customers can be given to you by either us or those who joined before you.
Paying it Forward does not mean you lose commissions, it just means we are all in it together. You can create multiple accounts for yourself or for those you care about such as family and charities - and each one has a chance at being profitable even if no work is done.
You may notice that our commissions look a little strange, not following any pattern. However they are designed to pay you back well, and fast! We could have offered 40% commission for your direct referrals, but that would have left less money to go around for the other levels - meaning those commissions would be lower and you could earn hardly anything. So, with careful planning, we divided them up, with bonus amounts at certain levels to give a big boost. Plus, leaving room for paying big when the numbers get big. If we didn't do it this way, sure you might make your 10 bucks back a bit quicker, but then there is very little chance of making anything decent - requiring huge numbers that just might never happen. So we pay the highest commissions when it counts most The growth of this program is exponential. Since it is a 15 generation
tripling effect, in the beginning the numbers need to grow until the
ball starts rolling. It's a fact that money is needed for just about everything these days. Although not the most ideal system, it's what we currently have and we need it to survive.
We can use money to do good as well as evil or selfish pursuits.
The problem is most people only have enough to "get by" - if they're lucky. And the majority of money is held and spent by a very small percentage of the population.

So in the case of the charity conducting a fundraiser - they obviously receive the commissions for their referrals (and so do you), but also the future referrals that the charity makes can be given to their previous referrals - helping everyone and all while simply doing a fun photography course!
